Uh oh. I better open up my case and tell my video card it's not an nVidia 8800GT; That It's really an x1900xt from ATI. I'm sure it will be upset.
Hey, I'm all for pointing out the fact that Apple doesn't always use the latest and greatest. Just make sure your facts are in order before you do.
You are correct, but don't forget the 8800 was out a long time before Apple put it in their Mac Pro, and it has already been replaced by the 9xxx series
That said, the 8800gt is an awesome card and plenty good - I just hope it isn't the only upgrade option for two years like the last one was.
