Seriously, any responsible parent wouldn't buy their kid a car like that.
Reminds me of 2-3 years ago when I was at school, this guy had a Ford Fiesta Zetec S, although not on the same level as this it, it was still too much. He got caught driving around 30mph in the school grounds, and a few months later rolled his car 5 times and having to be air lifted to hospital. His friends said he might not be able to walk again. However he recovered and his parents bought him a Mini Cooper S, a more powerful car. He apparently quickly went back to his old ways.
The sad thing is that if he had became wheelchair bound after that accident, he would have changed, and I think its the same for many people like that. Sad, because its a high cost to learn a lesson.
