Is it a two piece case, with the band coming off? Or one solid piece? I was confused when the website said "customizable".

Wish they had the metal casing with the bumper insert like the Neo Hybrid Ex.

All I want is a bumper and a back protective film......

And I like the matching metal buttons on this case, not the silver ones on the Ex.

Received my two other cases that I got from the $3.49 spigen sale on amazon.

I now have:
Neo Hybrid Metal - Space Gray
Neo Hybrid - Gunmetal
Slim Armor CS - Gunmetal

The regular Neo Hybrid feels really nice in the hand. It is not really any thinner then the neo hybrid metal(maybe a little), but the plastic is rounded off which makes it feel much thinner. The chrome buttons look a little ehh to me, but its not a deal breaker.

I bought the Slim Armor CS because I thought it might be nice for vacations or places where I don't want to take a wallet around. It feels okay. The wallet section does add a bit of thickness and it also doesn't feel as solid. I like the idea of the case, but it will not be my everyday case due to the thickness. I've also never been a fan of TPU case material on the buttons.

I will be using one of the Neo Hybrid cases, either the normal or the metal, but I will wait to see how they feel with the phone installed in them.

I'm looking forward to your report on the metal verses non-metal. I would buy the metal now if I knew it does not affect the signal. Could you please compare the two cases you prefer looking at signal bars with each installed at the same time (as close as possible) and location.

Why is everyone so upset with the cutout?

I love the aluminum bumper of the metal version but hate the logo cutout. Wish they made the metal case with a plain black back like the classic Neo Hybrid.

I know the base portion of the two cases look a bit different. Do you think I can use the metal band with the classic's TPU back?

Why is everyone so upset with the cutout? Is it appearance or protection. The hole is deeply recessed and the Apple logo is made of stainless steel not Aluminum, way more durable. The recess protects it for lay on the table. It would have to be set on gravel to get to the vulnerable Aluminum in the hole.

I like the appearance it makes the back look less plain, it shows it's an iPhone and shows the color of the phone's Aluminum so if you buy a matching color bumper part it shows that it matches.

Apple products are elegant and the big gaping hole on the back of that case is not elegant at all, it's downright unattractive.

The wallet case that got my attention, does it slides out easily and if so do you think it will get loosen over time because of constant traction but I've had SPG cases before so I'm for sure picking up one of these!

I look forward to hearing those with a metal case complain and wondering why they can't use Apple Pay when it goes live in a few weeks.

Hope I'm wrong, but it should be pretty hilarious to read about.

Can anyone confirm if bigger lightning cables will fit with spigen cases? I have a 6ft amazon basics cable that wouldn't fit my last cheap bumper and would be a deal breaker for me. I'm wondering specifically about the Neo Hybrid EX model if anyone can help me out.

There are pictures on the amazon page(s) of the Spigen cases where it says the cut-outs at the bottom got bigger. So I'm guessing/hoping cables like the amazon basic lightning one fit.

Meh

I have this case and regret getting it. My Sprint store had very limited case options and I was in a hurry. Luckily, I didn't really pay for the case as it came out of a buyback deal for my iPhone 4S.

The case looks nice, however functionality wise the mute switch is very cumbersome to operate and the signal loss is very noticeable as I live in an area with reduced signal coverage by any/all carriers. Throw in the fact that the iPhone 6 seems to have an outstanding problem with wifi signal in general and it's just been a disappointing mess.

Avoid this case!!
