Cleared cache, multiple browsers, still has the iPhone OS 4.0 thing.

I blame my provider who uses trans proxies..

Oh and when I use my provider with no proxies, it does indeed show up as WWDC keynote placeholder.

If you're seeing the OS 4.0 announcement after clearing cache, blame your provider. they're probably transproxying.

I am going to be honest by saying I dont know what transproxying is.

That hasn't been established as a fact yet.

There's a lot of shady people involved in that story, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was stolen or taken from a bag.

I cleared and restarted and it fixed it for me. It really dosen't matter though.
