i dont have any other games, i was planning to have only this game for my computer..

Yes. The trick is NOT to update. When you update, you break Spore apparently since the Mac version of this game is not native, its a "emulated" version via cedega.

i dont wanna install the cd agian cause i heard u only get 3 chances and i have done it twice... another reason why this game is bull (if thats true)

You have to re-install, but you don't have 3 chances, no, u can have it installed on 3 computers. I had the same problem, then i reinstalled and everything was fine.
