I don't remember enabling this feature in the first place either, so it seems to have enabled itself initially, and every attempt to disable it fails to stick. I suppose it's possible I might have enabled it at one point just to try out the feature, but I definitely would not have left it enabled.
I also have Siri and Apple Intelligence both disabled, in case that's relevant.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
