Relax everyone, if your ship label was created this week and you have a delivery date of tomorrow you should be fine. If I recall correctly my ship status didn’t change until well after I had my phone in hand on launch day last year.

Yup- that’s me too. Same phone ordered at around 8am MT on 9/14 and still pending with expected delivery 9/21

Maybe Best Buy. I got a case and screen protector yesterday from Amazon. I wanted something to protect it right away so I went that route.

I completely understand Sprint's website not being updated beyond the label creation. But I've found UPS to be fairly accurate, so still seeing "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" the day before it's supposed to arrive (via 2nd Day Air!) is concerning.

Patience, I guess. But the struggle is real.

Another thing to keep in mind is a lot of places will ship using the cheapest method that still gets the item to you the promised day. I’ve had UPS packages from Amazon and other places that were to be delivered the next day be shipped ground since it was nearby.

I think the 7 plus was the first time I didn’t have a phone on launch day. It kinda sucks cause it’s a yearly tradition for most of us. But I really hope you get your phone tomorrow!

My 256GB Gold XSM is still pending and says 9/21 delivery, but I dug up my emails from last year and it turns out I didn't get a shipping notification until 9:45AM the day before my X delivered. So I'm not sweating it. I'm in Brooklyn fwiw

Still pending here as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if UPS is delaying the information so they don’t get robbed like their trucks did last year. $370,000 worth in one truck alone.
