My order for two 16 gb, one white, and one black was stuck on "submitted" for two days, thanks to Iphone4sara for suggesting calling sprint about it. I called 4 times and now I have tracking numbers for both phones. I have a feeling that by calling I helped speed it up and call attention to the issue. The sprint rep did say that due to so many orders being submitted at one time, they can sometimes get stuck, and the system would notice the issue and automatically fix it. Fingers crossed I get the phones early
