SS WSB ordered Friday, arriving tomorrow (Monday)

Yeah unfortunately I think you're right :( oh well. I'm not gonna settle for the 38...I really like the 42 and it's worth the wait.
 
Makes ZERO sense that they're allocating inventory to countries first, instead of demand.

In the states, if I ordered the exact same watch, I'd have to wait far longer ... strictly because I'm in the states.

Agreed, seems to be the same with the Milanese and U.K.
 
I ordered a 42 SS wsb on the 22nd - still processing. Hoping it comes within the 14 days that I have to return the sport I have. June delivery though
 
Thinking about placing an order for another watch since watching the 42 mm BSB thread degrade with the obvious lack of shipments leads me to believe my 12:08 AM PST/3:08 AM EST order won't be filled to the later end of the 2 week 'first tier' window...

Do you guys think a 42 mm Sport w/ green band or a 42 mm SS w/ WSB would ship faster?
 
Ordered a 38 SG sport at xx:20 on April 10, and it looks like it will be well into May - they're still shipping xx:04:xx orders. Ridiculous.

Put in an order for a 38 SS WSB this morning. Whichever comes first will be the keeper. Canada.
 
Do you think Apple realizes the problem they have created for themselves with people ordering multiple watches to see which one gets there first and then canceling the rest? Talk about jacked up orders. It will only get worse with this tactic.
 
I think I may be going this route, as my Blue Leather Loop could take forever to get here.

May keep the white band, but I understand I can get a swap for a black band as soon as they are in stores?

By the way, first post in these forums ever. Been reading for a little while

I may do the same thing. Only difference is that I will be ordering from the Japan online store. Here's to hoping they don't have a shortage of SSWSB

I would hold out on your original order. XX:08 is not that far behind. I'm in the 3:56 PST camp... A whopping 3 hours and 48 minutes behind you lol.
 
I ordered a 38 SS WSB yesterday. Charge is still listed as pending on my credit card but it hit immediately. Could drop off tomorrow though. Order is still processing. Original order was 38 mm SS with soft pink unicorn leather modern buckle.

Ya my hope is that the wheels REALLY start picking up the week of 4/27 in getting stock out and filling orders. For everybody! :apple:

But if its still the same trickle I may put a Sport on order just to hedge my bets. While the SS is nice I've tried most of the models and the Sport is a good choice as well.

I did the same thing yesterday about midday (Denver). Charge hit a few hours after the order. Contacted Apple and they confirmed it was a preauthorization in the processing phase and it should change to Preparing to Ship soon. My guess is tomorrow.
 
I was waiting for my 42 SS bone leather loop to stop processing for ages. Yesterday morning at 9am I made an order for the 42 SS WSB before leaving for work. When I finished work at 4pm my order had already been listed as preparing for shipment and the money had been taken from my account. Woke up to an email this morning with my shopping details and my watch is also now in my devices. Delivery is tomorrow :) I wanted a sports band for when I go on my daily run! And the loop was for wearing out. So works out fine for me. I hope everyone has luck with their orders soon!

Yes, you can use any band with the SS. Only limited by your taste.

Even if the OP is in Australia, these are clearly moving much faster than the BSB. If you ordered after the first 30 minutes of preorders, I'd say the chances of getting this first is very good (even if you just ordered it)
 
I did the same thing. I ordered minutes after the EOD. Hoping to get a charge tomorrow or so for my WSB, if that happens I am going to be contacting the apple rep that guaranteed me that no ones June orders were being delivered before teir 1 and demanding a BSB for free since he did say he guaranteed me about the ordering process. Also the manager I spoke with told me the same thing the rep did so you guys who placed the order should do the same.
