SS WSB ordered Friday, arriving tomorrow (Monday)

I'm currently sitting here waiting with anticipation for mine to be delivered. It said by 5. I hope it comes earlier :p
 
Waiting on my SS BSB but decided to try to order SS Milanese to see which gets charged first! Hopefully either one soon!

I wanted that one so bad but it said July and the bands seperately aren't even available yet. That one looks like it's gonna be a doozy!
 
I gave in today and ordered a 42mm SS WSB cause I've seen no movement on my 42mm SS Classic Buckle. I will keep everyone informed I just want my SS watch like everyone else. I can get a different band later in time.

I'm in California so we shall see if anything moves or changes cause I'm currently showing a June shipment date.

Wait, just to clarify:

You live in the US and will have the watch shipped there. But you ordered the watch from the Japanese store?

Will this cause any problems down the road?

Edit:

I just went to the Japanese Apple store, and it looks like when you enter the shipping address, it is only for Japan. No way to ship to a different country.

I'm living in Japan, and will have the watch shipped to me here. The other order was made on 4/10 through the US apple store and will be shipped to a friend in the US.

As far as problems, I don't see a reason why I should have any.

Just a heads up to other people:

It seems like the Japan store only ships to Japan, and I am guessing the same for other countries too.
 
Shipped! And although I can't read Japanese, I do see the number "4" and the number "29" so it should hopefully be here tomorrow!!

So I talked to a few Apple employees and yes you can do this, it has to be set up before your 14 day return period ends but you still have to wait for the band to ship and different bands have different time frames.

I have a Milanese Loop band on order since 4/10 with a June ship time frame. I was told that since I already have my order placed I can just keep that because if they have to order it for me it will push me back in the queue (people swapping bands don't have priority, they start at the back of the line). If I request for a band swap, once my order arrives in June Apple will give me a $50 credit/refund for turning in my black sport band.

The other method is to request a band swap and pay the different (if any), currently the black sport band has a May ship date, so you'll have to wait a 2-4 weeks for that to ship.

So you can use your current band while you wait a month for a new one to arrive?

Also does anyone know if you have to be the original purchaser? What if I buy my friends watch? Or if someone bought theirs off of craigslist or eBay.
