While you may not need a Windows PC, you need a DOS boot CD:

The ISO includes a version of DOS in the image. Just burn the disc and then boot from it. It is all self-contained.

Thanks. Figured it out. The previous ISOs were not self-booting; they should remove the warning text above these now.

AFAIU Macs use EFI booting, does that works with DOS? Or is it a specially crafted/version of DOS?
