Very useful in determining SSDs. IMO, get an Intel drive.
im not very "techy" so i don't get that chart lol
LOl, personal advise, get an Intel drive or a Vertex drive, those are tested throughly by many people and are given top marks.
However, rumors have it Intel will be unveiling new SSDs (bigger capacities) pretty soon. So you'd do best if you waited out a bit.
What do you think of the g.skill falcon 128gb? I think I might go for that one.
then why are you even getting an ssd? if you're not doing anything techy its really not cost effective...
Since when do you need to be "techy" to need an SSD? I'm not techy when it comes to hard drives. I didn't ask if I need one, I asked which SSD would be good.
Falcons are new and not throughly tested yet. So I have to reserve my judgment on those.
so about how long until intel updates ssd's?
Don't know. All we know is rumor around the internet. Probably true since, Intel is due for a refresh.
