what to do with the thermal-sensor from the hdd when i change it to ssd ?!

don't break it just tape it on the ssd.

You need to reinstall it in the same place, otherwise if you disconnect it your fan will spin at 5500 rpm non stop. learned this lesson when I broke the sensor a few weeks ago.
