If he gets charged. I'm gonna move to Canada and change my shipping to Canada then come back after my watch arrives. Lol

Did you order a 42mm or 38mm? If you're a 38, I'm surprised you haven't shipped yet (as we've seen much later in the day than yours). If you're a 42, then, nope, you're not even close (prior post said you ordered at 4:09amPT?)

Yep, I pretty much got the death combo, Space Black, 42mm and 4 a.m. order time.

I don't expect to be close to shipment, that's why I thought I'd still be able to update my credit card information. I think I'm just at the "Straw Grasping" phase of waiting for my Watch.

If anything, it's actually a good idea to change your credit card info if you can. We've seen some CC's decline the payment as the pre-auth and the charge were more than 30 days apart. Not every card does this though. Also seen some people get declines when it came from Apple Pay, but using the card directly (after the fact) went through fine. If I were you, and changing the card, I'd change it to be directly on the card, not through Apple Pay.
 
I would love a Memorial Day surge up here in Canada. Maybe scoop a few that were destined for the States.

Junes are already shipping dude! :)

The US has different SKU's than us (ours have to have the French Canadian inserts and boxing included). Not sure where in the logistics they segment the locale packaging.

Just spoke to apple [in uk] as i placed my order with them in store with the Retail Advisor, at 910 am on the 10th april , they said it won't be before june . i live in witham essex , 53 miles from london , . not happy ,42mm SSSB

I haven't pulled the trigger yet, and my watch order went through at +10:42
 
I'm moving soon, so either I want the June watches to hurry the heck up and ship like week 1, or wait until the end of June, please and thank you. I don't want my watch arriving while I'm driving across states.

Yes, that would definitely suck. I really think they're going to ship a lot of product this week and next.

I would imagine Apple will have a lot of fanfare for the In-Store launch (likely have Tim at the Palo Alto store again). It won't have as much punch if they don't have all of the models available. Doing so without filling the backorders would really hurt a lot of brand loyalty...something I really don't see them doing. It would be a significant culture shift for Apple.

I saw someone else mention this. What are you guys talking about? Is there a day set for when the watches will be available in the ARS? I haven't been paying attention since the initial video by Ahrendts, I thought it'd be 6 months from April before we'd see in store sales. I must have missed an announcement.

EDIT: just pulled the trigger on that watch stand
EDIT2: Just found the announcement. If they think they can sell the watch in June, then the bulk of the orders must have been in the first 6 minutes and shipped in May. If someone can walk into an ARS and get a watch before me I will honestly consider going android.

Which stand did you order? (me, I ordered the Spigen - going to paint it black - both to better match the watch as well to cover a defect on the base).

I also don't have an iMac that it would match (have a macbook and a mini) - the latter is also my HTPC. :)

Yep, if they have my model in the store before I get it (current ETA July), I'm gonna be pretty pissed.

Looks like out of the 8 planes only 6 are still sitting in Louisville. I hope this is a good sign because that means they have a lot of load to take off the planes since in total there were8 planes going to Louisville.

I am growing impatient because everyone outside the US is above 10 minutes. So they should balance it out. I also agree that if the watch is in the store before we receive our pre orders I'm going to be pissed. Two big reasons are because we might get conveniently charged for our pre order when our local store has one and not knowing what our local store has for inventory. So the drive to the store and the hopeful they still have inventory will be more frustrating then ordering online.

Tuesday can't come fast enough now. Gurrrr

 I start to feel more frustrated when I am checking this forum all the time. If I am not paying attention I would not know who got their apple watch, that way I don't feel bad that I didn't get mine lol and I won't even realize till I get mine.
