I have been following this thread for a while now, and I was curious as to whether anyone else's status page made the following minor update? I haven't seen anyone else mention it, or maybe I missed some discussion about it.

Yep, mine shifted ever so slightly from 10-17 to 8-15 of July. Me, I would have rather Apple just left it as a "July" window. We know we'll get them as quickly as they can make them. 
Hmmmm....... mine was ordered at 7:25 EDT, but is still showing 07 Jul, 2015 - 14 Jul, 2015. I'm hoping we all see it earlier!
Mine is finally in Concord ON, used UPS MyChoice so they would keep it at the Ottawa depot tomorrow. Less than 24hrs!!!
I ordered at XX:23 in Canada (June and then June 23-30 estimates) and just got the ship notification on Tuesday night from UPS. My watch was made Week 23 (last week basically) so they're just shipping them out as fast as they can make them! My guess is at this rate, most should have their watch by end of June, even July dates.

I'm a July'er and was updated by two days to July 8 - 15th. Woot woot!
It seems there are two periods of waiting that feel about the same length:
Time from pre-order, to the day the item is on the truck for delivery.
Time from 'on the truck for delivery' to the time it actually shows up on your door.
Even though the first was 2 months long, the time spent waiting for that brown truck to show up feels just as long.

Did yours go from 5-6 weeks to 2-3 days??? Or is it the delivery time (from when they send it) that is now 2-3 days? If so I have the same. I would be very surpriced if it arrives next week...
Only news for us 7-14 July is that shipping is now 2-3 days instead of just standard and Available to ship is now 3-4 days instead of 5-6 weeks.
Edit: Should be 3-4 WEEKS.

For the truly loopy amongst us, it'd be nice if UPS had a page that allowed us to see the GPS location of the truck our stuff was on.
I was just charged. Hoping for delivery early next week. A full week ahead of my June 22 window.
Germany is down to 3-4 Weeks for regular orders (42mm) in the Store.
The US-Store stucks on 5-6 Weeks at the moment.
Hope this will also speed up our deliveries.

I am a loyal MacRumors reader since before the original iPhone, but I've never gotten into commenting on threads. I think that will change now after this launch. This thread has really helped keep me informed the last few weeks! Thanks everyone for all the dedicated Apple Watch SBSS tracking. Everyone knows this is the watch the true Apple acolytes bought. I am a US Service Member stationed overseas. The US store (in-app) took a little while to come up on whatever server provides the country I am currently in. I got my order in at XX:21:54 (just based on email- never contacted Customer Support about it). I was originally an Available to Ship: June kid, then updated to 22 June- 26 June. Then shipped in the last batch that was charged Monday, 8 June. My watch shipped early morning 9 June and delivered to my FPO box forwarding company today 11 June at 8:54 AM. Unluckily, FPO shipping is handled by USPS and the Navy, soooo it could be a couple more weeks till i actually see my watch, but the journey that most people here are concerned with is over! Thanks for all the info, flight tracking, meticulous by-country order tracking and constant updates over the past few weeks! Apple fans really are the best tech community out there. Now that there is some significant movement, I hope everyone starts seeing early delivery like I did. Best of luck! I'll be back with pics as soon as the Navy gets my package in-country!
