When is the next batch expected? Do we have any idea based on previous weeks?
I called to try and do a return on just the link bracelet, the watch works great, but they said I had to return the whole thing. That was June 18th, the replacement just shipped from China and is scheduled for arrival tomorrow the 24th. I have to return my existing watch by July 2nd. Doesn't make sense to take an entire watch and bracelet away from someone who is waiting when all I needed was the bracelet. Sorry guys!
Yeah, that's a pain. They need to have different maintenance (warranty) SKU's for the watch and bracelet. I'm sure they'll eventually get that sorted out. Doesn't change that it's a pain in the butt for you to swap watches though.

Anyone know if the delivery estimate is firm or not? It's scheduled for friday, but I have plans, so I'm hoping for thurs instead.
Also, this is too weird: I've been waiting for a jailbreak for 8.3 for months now, and had finally given up & accepted I'd be stuck with stock. Then, on the same exact day my watch ships, an 8.3 JB is released. That's awesome

If it gets in the air today, you could have it Thursday, but then UPS would be sending you an early delivery notification today (that's what they did for mine - was originally scheduled to deliver Friday).Just got an email, it shipped

I wouldn't count on it though.
Do you have UPS MyChoice? You could have it held at a local hub if you can't be home on Friday.
Edit: Just checked the timing. UPS sent the early delivery notification at 1:34am on Tuesday (16th) - which would be 1:34pm Tuesday in China. That's shortly after it left Suzhou.

You actually get the shipped notification when they do the origin scan at Suzhou (at least that's when UPS sent mine - 11:25pm monday night) - the Apple one wasn't until 1am, after the watch had arrived in Shanghai.

Looks like mine just flipped to shipped overnight. Says it was originally Thursday but looks like it was bumped up to tomorrow. Pretty cool to see all the movement last night with people getting charged, it was great to finally break through the 4/10 barrier!

You may be able to sign up for ups my choice and have it held at the distribution hub (not a store) and you may be able to get it day before or beginning of day on Friday. Don't do store though that delays it a day but that may not work too bad for you if you are busy all of Friday. You can sign up for my choice and just check out your choices before accepting them. It's free you just need to give them your email but you do have to do it earlier in the shipment so they have time to adjust delivery. Also looks like mine did get bumped up a day so it is possible.
I think you're forgetting that they mail you the activation code? He would need it setup beforehand. If he requested an account now it would likely take at least til Thursday or Friday for the activation code to arrive.
I was able to get an activation code sent to my phone and activate my choice same day.
If you're lucky enough to be in Phoenix, you can reserve one for pickup right now :/

The flights from Shanghai have some bad luck. What FLt #? My watch was on the one that turned back 2 weeks ago, added a day to deliveryNooooooo!!! Not again!
Yeah I remember reading about that on the Apple Watch subreddit. Whatever, I know it will get here eventually but holy hell, I just want it to be here!
