I will try to post a picture to compare the two. There is actually a slight lip on the 0.6mm, but it's very minimum. Probably half of what it was on the 0.8mm version. It was already barely noticeable at 0.8mm.

I have similar case in smokey grey color and am coming from a naked iPhone 4.
At first yes I was concerned about the thickness it adds all around. But after a few days of use it is not a problem at all.
I even went naked for a day but went back to the Tech21. Hope that helps.

I'm not sure if these will help much. It was very hard to take a picture to show the size of the lip on these. The transparent black is the 0.8mm case and the transparent gold is the 0.6mm case.

I'm pretty sure the 0.8mm will lay screen side down on a table fine. But for the 0.6mm it seems like it is too close and would worry me if I try to lay face down on a table.

Is their any way you can take some pictures in better lighting? Ive been trying to find the gold/brown leather combination everywhere
 
tnx, I think that (blue+gold) pastel color looks fantastic, white nails is a great contrast btw!

do it tomorrow, it looks calm and quite, I tried blue, red and brown, blue is ok but it is kind of dark blue rather than normal blue so I pass, red looks great but I am not 20 any more so I took brown.

Thanks for the pics :cool:! Can you tell me more about the small lip on the 0.6mm version. I had the rinke slim for my iPhone 5 and it barely had a lip that went over the screen and I was fine with it because it still got the job done, no matter how close.

Can you confirm that the 0.6mm's lip barely gets the screen over a flat surface again? I just really like the nude look of the 0.6 one as opposed to the 0.8 one. All I need is a small lip that will keep the screen off of flat surfaces for some peace of mind lol

Sorry it's too hard for me to tell for the 0.6mm, it really looks like it's flushed with the screen. Because the edges are curved I can barely see a little of the lip raised.

Can you post more photos of the .8 mm version?
 
Got my Spigen Air Skin in the mail yesterday.

Pretty happy with how thin it is (0.4mm), and the improved grip. May look into a 0.6mm case for fun, such as the Switcheasy Nude.

man i spend more money on cases and accessories than i do on the phone..this madness needs to stop...

i come to this thread, see a case i like and then order it thinking i found the one i like! Few days later i come back here, only to find another and then order that too...really need to stop wasting my money!!:mad::mad:

Worse than an alcohol addiction..... I've decided to stay with my Pelican protector w/glass screen protector. Of course I will continue to look and see if there's something else I like as more get released.
