Not bad. It's starting up again. Apple disallowed him from selling their products for a few month (long story), that ban ends early September, which is when everything starts up again.

I'll make the story short: brother sold a few iPads to the Poles, the Poles sold ~20 of those to their buyer. One of those iPads were defective so Apple was notified. My brother didn't realize 20 were sold to the third buyer (from him to the Poles to their buyer) which is against their terms. A max of 3 could be sold to one person, which he really shouldn't have been involved with, not really his fault but he's the distributor so he's getting the blame. He could either pay a $3 million fine, which is what the contract is worth over six months or take a six month ban. He chose the ban. Kinda sad but oh well. He seems to be enjoying his time away from the business.

You can't post a screenshot of some verbiage from the ban? Or a screenshot from any of the Pole communication? Or a screenshot of money in an account? Or a screenshot of an Apple order? Or the shipping notification? Or the USPS order? Or the storage order? Or the terms and conditions that state there's a $3 million dollar ban?
