Wow! Had I known that before ordering my Space Gray Sport (6/9-still processing
) , I might have gone the SS route.
38mm or 42mm? I ordered my SG 42mm on the 7th with delivery date of June 22-29
Why is it you get a 'Shipping date' of just a few days yet the 'Delivery date' is a couple of weeks?
Yeah better than playing the waiting game. You could always order the 42mm now and get it in time to return the 38mm.
The in-store should be launching in a few days, so they should have domestic stock of almost all watches (the exception being the 42mm SB SS w LB).
Ordered 42mm SS WSB yesterday 6-12 and today it just changed to preparing for shipment, still says 1-2 weeks delivery June 26- July 6th but I'm pretty sure I'll get it next week.
I ordered a 42mm Space Gray w Sport Band on June 7. The original delivery window was June 30 to July 7 (to the SE USA). The order page now shows "Delivers: 22 Jun, 2015 - 29 Jun, 2015 by 2-3 Business Days." That wording is odd - why would they give a delivery window and say by 2-3 business days? Anyway, it looks like some watches (SS, 38mm) are shipping more quickly than others.
I'm right there with you. I ordered 6/9 with the same delivery window. I think the 2-3 days is the shipping method vs standard shipping. Seemed like on Friday the June 3rd orders were moving towards shipments, so my hope is that we'll see a change here on Monday or Tuesday. My wife's 38mm is on the way which is making me that much more impatient!
Update to my situation! Ordered my Friday the 12th 42 mm SS WSB Saturday the 13th it changed to preparing for shipment and just now late Sunday the 14th night, technically early Monday morning 12:20 am I checked and its SHIPPED! Scheduled delivery by end of day Tuesday! Talk about fast turnaround!
Cool! Reinforces my impression that SS watches are shipping more quickly than the sport versions.

Way earlier than i thought with a two week dispatch time also originally quoted.... Only ordered on Thursday morning. Haven't received a shipped notification but i'm hoping in the next few hours that changes!
