Placed an order on Monday for a 42mm Sport WSB...went to the Apple Store today and picked one up instead...canceled online order.
Lucky! Man I tried to do that but stupid me paid via PayPay and now there's no way to cancel unless I wanted to wait 7 days for it to return.
Just checked the status (I've been checking every hour.) And it has now moved to "Shipped" And will be delivered TOMORROW!! Ordered this past Monday 06/15. To be delivered on the 18th. 4 Days?! Thats amazing. Now I hope nothing goes wrong tomorrow. *waiting for the UPS man at the window. LOL*

I ordered last friday and shipping estimate was 2-3 weeks. Then yesterday I placed a second order because it shipping estimate was now 1-2 weeks on new orders even though my original order from Friday hadn't adjusted whatsoever. Cancelled both orders and picked one up in store today instead.
I don't understand why the shipping estimates are such a gong show. Earlier orders should be prioritized over later ones but Apple does not seem to honour that.
Mine was the same way but I got mine first, I think they have stopped updating the delivery times for those after they have changed and are just getting them out as fast as possible based on order times. I got mine shipped before others after me.
Wow. that does suck.. I noticed that my order wasn't moving much and I have been searching for others for shipping date. I decided to see if the store had it and I was able to reserve. I'm glad I checked. Mine was still in processing item mode.

On 6/10 I ordered a 42mm SGS. This morning I cancelled the order and chose to pick on up at the store (90 miles away!). Did anyone else have to actually call and talk to a person? The apple rep on the phone actually tried to dissuade me from canceling the order, hinting that I might not be able to get one in-store even though I had one reserved. It made me nervous the whole drive......
No, I was able to cancel the order online. I canceled mine after buying one in the store. I can't see how they can force you to not buy one after you made a reservation. I think the phone associate was being rude.
