Steve Jobs alive in Brazil!

Nobody is laughing at the old man being Ill. Just making the correlation in likeness. Why so many of you feel the need to pull out that rusty high horse is beyond me.

I found it ok, there is resemblance on the face, the OP didn't do it this pic because the man was in a wheelchair, but due to his facial similarities. An almost bald white skinny person with a grey beard. Even SJ can look like Gandhi if it was taken at the right angle.

Well, perhaps.

However, in his or her OP, the OP used the expression 'freaking funny'. Therefore, I have to assume that the OP found this somehow amusing, which is what I have taken issue with. Likewise, I also have to assume that what the OP wrote, the OP intended to write, and did not casually use the term 'freaking funny' when he/she meant 'strange', or 'odd', or 'actually a bit surprising and quite interesting.'

If - instead - for example, the OP had said 'oh, here is someone who bears an interesting resemblance to Steve Jobs', I very much doubt that the response would have been quite the same.

If I saw a guy who looked like Steve Job's I would find it very funny too considering the guy has been dead for some time now.

I don't think the OP was looking too deeply into the lookalike's physical illness as part of that amusement. This isn't a piranha pool in the dry season. :)

Thanks to your eloquent explanation of why it's so funny, how can anybody not see how amusing it is -- I think I'm going to have to sew my sides back up. Much like a bag of drowned kittens also holds a certain sidesplitting, comic appeal, no?

Thanks, although your example about kitten's escapes me I must admit, not quite the same, but whatever floats your boat. If you thought the kittens were dead but then a load of lookalikes showed up in Brazil, it might be comparable lol. I suppose a sense of humour is something that differs from person to person. I'm sure Mr Jobs himself would find this very topic funny, but sadly he is no longer with us. :)

I can say with some certainty that he wouldn't.
Well I didn't know him personally, but I do know its human nature to be intrigued when you bump into somebody that looks like yourself. I don't think its out of the realms of possibility that Steve would laugh if only briefly. I know he has been portrayed as a bit of an arrogant so and so but I'm sure this would tempt out a chuckle or two. :)

He's now a handy-man at my apartment building.

It is not true. He is 100% died he can not be alive. This man looks like him but he is not steve for sure or we do not know how old this picture is

I would not look twice because I know he is dead from shear arogance. Apple lost the computer market due but Steve did not learn from that. Rather than accept traditional medical help he thought he could cure himself - that rarely works out!
