Yeah, it is highly known that Jobs is a terrible individual in real life. But as a leader that personality is highly desired. Think about it. Usually the best mannered people and liked people had really demanding and strict parents. Jobs is like a parent to Apple.
It does seem to concern me - what will happen once Jobs is gone? I'm not sure someone could come in with the same scrutiny as him. I could see Ives taking over but you never know...
