Still wait on a MB or MBP?

Have too been waiting a while now, really hope they update the MBP soon.
Now what I don't get is if Apple has such good relations to Intel that they can make Intel shrinks it's C2D by 60%, how hard can it be to throw some Penryns in the MBP?
