Stock not updating

Moved from 8+ to X today and all is working perfectly except the stock in not updating on my watch. I have unpaired and repaired and nada.

Ideas?

Shut down and restart, perhaps both phone and watch?

Perhaps a hard reset by holding down the digital crown and power button.

I agree with that. I sold my stock a week ago and waiting on it to hit to bottom before I get back in.

All is is working fine except the stock complication. I got other apps that follow in real time but like to see what happened about 15 minutes ago on my watch face.

Could it be the stocks app backend server is clogged or down?

I do not think so as the phone is showing all the right numbers, just not being updated on the watch.

Had the same problem for a long time. I don’t think it has anything to do with your phone. Mine’s an 8, FWIW. Sometimes the Stocks complication updates, sometimes it sits at “- - -“ until I force a refresh.

Seems you jinxed me. Mine is updating but very slowly. It is ugly a little behind the iPhone but today I noted it was WAY behind. Of course with the current volatility it may just be magnifying the effect but seems much slower to update than last week.

Mine all of a sudden started working again. I depend on this complication and it needs to work!

All my apps are slow to update, Weather, Stocks, etc. Some of them can take up to 1 minute to update...which I think is pretty bad, since my iPhone is sitting right next to it, also, on a very good wi-fi. But after one updates slowly, the others are pretty quick, using 2 or 3 seconds
