Stop Syncing between Two Macs

The first time that comes with this weird issue. I bought another MacBook Pro and signed in with my APPLE ID. Currently, two MacBook Pro under the same account.

Now when I am copying a link from chrome browser on my old MBP, the new MBP opens the chrome browser too and tries to open the copied link. And there is a small laptop sign on chrome browser. Is there any way to stop this?
