On the flipside when I'm simply browsing the web or playing games where I just want to see nice vivid images I prefer glossy every time because they really make colors "pop". But when you are on the other side of the table and have to produce those nice graphics the matte screen is unbeatable because we have to really focus on the details of the image.
Exactly. Some of us don't have to money/time to spend on multiple monitors to checking details. If I need to quickly prototype something for a client on the spot I need to be sure it looks good.
