How do you find any instock. I can’t find any model for pickup in sf. It’s so challenging with the million combos. I just want to see what’s in stock.

I can only speak for NYC, but it seems only the standard silicon band and sport loops are in stock. I've found one silicon loop, but not anything else.

I'm not seeing any braided loops available in my area. They seem very scarce and they might be hard to come by because of the variety of sizes anyway
Me neither. I just ordered the blue watch with the sport loop for pickup because the braided loop wasn’t available, Apple Store at Anchorage, Alaska

The new leather bands must not even be available yet. I don’t see any of those anywhere.

i ordered at 755am est time from att for delivery next week, i called 3 stores and none of them had it in stock. i ended up ordering off the apple site for pickup today. 44m, black, nike sport 6 series with the pride wristband. i just wanted something cool colorful

It kinda sucks but I don't think you can easily just see what is in stock, you have to try the different combinations

Actually if you search for Apple Watch 6 it will show you what’s available is for pickup. It will only lust the ones in stock.

My shipment (AW S6 Space Gray Aluminum) pushed to next week, so I popped on to the Apple Store this morning and ordered a S6 Graphite Stainless, have an appointment to go pick it up in about an hour or so.

You can try using iStocknow, but it didn't reflect that there was any stock at my local store.

How would you search for in stock on Apple’s website? The only way I know is to pick out the one you want and then it shows if it is in stock. Manually one by one. Is there any easier way?

There are sites like istocknow.com that aggregate all the the product listings into one availability view and can let you set alerts by product and store. istocknow doesn't appear to be updated for AW6 but there could be other stock tracking sites that are.

Thanks - ok new that, but thought you were talking about Apple website.

I keep checking here in the Boston area and nothing is showing available for pickup. I can order a silicon solo silver aluminum for October 19-26 delivery (or somewhere in there) -- hate to wait that long. :(

Ordered a SS Graphite 44mm with new red sport loop band on release day, scheduled delivery Sept 25-29. Just checked Apple online and found that ALL the Apple stores in the Denver area have it in stock so bought one and will pick it up this afternoon. All the Denver area stores even had the new blue aluminum models in stock as well. Makes me wonder why I even bother ordering for delivery.

For all those wondering, there's like 10 or so Apple Stores somewhat close to me and they all show as no stock for the braided solo loop online, I thought I'd try my closest one, so I went in and they had most (90%) of the colors + sizes, just in limited quantities. So if you want a loop, you can probably try your store.

They had them in stock just not showing online?

I will pick up my blue watch with graphite Milanese loop this evening here in Seattle. Cancelled the online order that had an arrival in early October.

Yeah, I tried multiple colors + sizes online, everything showed as unavailable. I tried calling a store, no one picked up, so I thought I would try to go in person and see, and they did have them though in limited quantities but had no trouble getting the size + color I wanted.

I just found a combination that was in stock. Picked my 15-minute window for Sunday (ugh, the wait!)

I have to work prior to pickup -- anyone know if most stores are flexible on the pickup times if I get there 15-30 minutes early or late?

You'll be fine, though you may just have a longer wait time if you come outside the window.

Thank you! That makes me feel better. Wish I could go right now but the kids are home and ... well, life in general. Sunday is better than late October!

I did the same but I ordered around 5:30am EST from AT&T, got a delivery date of 9/24-9/25. Went back to bed and was up around 8am so I thought I would try looking at Apple. Was able to place an order for a 44mm gps blue aluminum with sport band for pickup today. Once I got a confirmed email from Apple I cancelled the order from AT&T. Picked up my new watch at 11:15am, only had to wait about 5 minutes in line and once checked in I added a charcoal sport loop and was able to pick that up as well. In all I was only there about 15 minutes or less.

I had the watch pre-ordered from Target. I noticed this morning that my local Apple Store had my exact size, case and band in stock. I ended up cancelling my Target pre-order and did in-store pick up at the Apple Store. No muss. No fuss.

Thanks - that is interesting. Usually their online stock is accurate. Guess not this time.
