Strange Bug - Menu Bar disappeared

After a few days, the menu bar started disappearing, and the only way to have it back is by restarting the Mac. Such an annoying bug 🙁

I get that now and then and it's usually just applicable to whatever application is active in the foreground. Sometimes I can use the dock to switch to another app, and from there...log out. Restarting should not be necessary.
