Unfortunately, mine didn't make it on today's UPS77 flight and is still in ZhengZhou. It looks like UPS has one daily flight from ZhengZhou to Anchorage. I guess it'll be on tomorrow's flight!

Based on the post immediately above yours, cargo carriers other than UPS are involved as well. It makes perfect sense, with millions of phones heading to the US.

Using the UPS app mine switched from arrival scan on 29th in zhengzhou to departure scan 10/31 1032pm zhengzhou with Nov. 3rd delivery date. I’m pretty sure everyone is overreacting, this is every year. If you were quoted Nov.3rd you should get it Nov. 3rd
