So my iPhone X has been stuck in ZhengZhou, China for 3 days now...Is that normal? Is UPS holding them there?

Go tot he UPS website and track as reference and type in your phone number.

Go to UPS site and track by reference number. Enter the phone number associated with your Apple account if you ordered it from Apple. Leave off the 1. If you have a tracking number for the order you will see it.

This is normal. Happens every year. I had my package show up in China, then Alaska, then China again and suddenly I had it on release day.

Yep same here. No UPS flight corresponding with departure scan... Must have shipped via UPS Ground. 😀

Could be another National Air flight (or a different cargo carrier), like the one from earlier today.
