Stuck On Apple Screen. Help Please!

Long story short....
Phone froze on me when i just turned the screen on.....i tried hard resetting it and now its stuck on the apple logo with black screen. Been like this for hours now and have tried re hard reseting it multiple times. Any ideas???

Some side notes: Jailbroken running 3.1.2
Just put on app " Lock Calendar" (displays calendar on lockscreen) I think this may be the cause of all this.
 
Seems, like an endless reboot issue. Tried restoring it? Give that a try, I don't think you can save it as is right now.
