Student Loan Sold to Mohela

what's the deal here with Mohela? totally confused. I just got a letter today about this.

They took my loan over about two months ago. So far I haven't noticed a problem with anything(hopefully wont). I like that they have a website that I can actually see everything broken down. Though I only go to check and make sure they got my payment since I send it through my banks site.
