If you are talking about ASD 2022 with Mac mini - NO fix. For sure Apple does know, lots of tickets open and probably closed, but even Level 2 often doesn't get the problem so not sure if they are able to give the engineers the right info so they can make up their mind. They also get mixed up with MacBooks where it would be normal if ASD fans run more often or all the time. Still not enough user recognize it, so not enough tickets, no pressure, no fix.
