Stuttering on streaming videos in safari

In safari video streaming stutters, also if I move around mouse it lags and stutters too while streaming.
This doesn't happen on youtube. But everywhere else, like twitter videos.

Chrome doesn't exhibit the same problem.

MacBook Pro 2017 13, tb maxed out.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

same problem here. also Netflix and amazon prime do not work at all. strange thing is.. I had this problem with beta 2.. then it was fixed with beta 4.. now it's back with the latest beta. also the webcam doesn't work in safari. tried a clean install. didn't make a difference
