Other Success with Battery Replacement?

Just wondering if anyone has had any positive or negative experiences over the last couple of days with battery replacements at Apple stores, under the new $29 program. I know there had been a couple of reports of end-users being told that their phone does not qualify (based on Apple's diagnostic test), despite reports that Apple will replace the batteries, whether the battery passes or not. There was also a report that battery supplies could be an issue. Just wondering what those that have attempted battery replacements over the past few days have experienced.

I replaced the battery for my 6 a few days ago. Still laggy, but not as before.
