I wonder if it would be possible to somehow differentiate/seperate said topics in the subforum. While I do get that they somehow relate, I find it odd to mash them all together.

I quite often find myself irritated by CarPlay threads while looking for HomeKit related stuff.

Maybe it could be done similar to the macOS/Desktops/Notebooks subforum?

Same might go for the services section, where Apple Card, Apple Music, iCloud and Apple Pay are all thrown in together, while Apple TV+ got it's own subforum. That's also a little bit odd.

Thanks, I know that.
This suggestion was made as an effort to unify the logic of subforums.
If you believe that it’s not necessary, that’s fine by me.
I just happen to find the organisation not quite congruent. But that might be just me.

That forum has mandatory prefixes, so if you click a prefix it will show only threads with that prefix. For example, the URL above will show you just Homekit threads.
On a similar topic, although in relation to a different forum: would it perhaps makes sense to do something similar with (mandatory?) prefixes when it comes to the Apple Music, Apple Pay/Card, iCloud, Fitness+ forum, given the larger group of different services it now seems to cover?

Prefixes have been added. Thanks for the suggestion.

We've also added prefixes for Apple ID, Apple News+, and Apple One, even though the maximum length of a forum name prevents us from including them all in the name.

You could always use "" instead of "Apple" and save some characters! 🙃

Yeah, we thought of that, but " ID" just looks downright weird!

In any case, there's a more complete list of services in the forum description.
I'll give you that 🙂

(On an somewhat unrelated sidenote, I also want a link in my signature - to John W. Young's Wikipedia page. Pretty please?)
