Super Anxious about Preorders

when looking at the iPhone 6 in the apple store app, there isn't a unlocked option. strange.
 
I'm having my laptop on the Verizon and apple website to try to get through either of them. Also will have the apple app opened on my iPhone. I never been anxious about ordering a phone lol
