I'm new at this "dongles thing" so I don't have much idea... A question. The new Macbook pro 15" has 4 USB-C, so if I want to connect 2 HDD with USB 3.0, is there a problem if I use a USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter for each one? So each HDD would be connected to diferent ports, not a Hub with manny ports. Would that work if is no self powered? And at the same time I connect an HDMI to USB-C in another port?
I don't know if the only problem with the not selfpowered hubs is that they don't work with too manny thing connected, but if each "accesory" is connected to a different port I guess it shouldn't be any problem since this is what we usually do with any other laptoo but without dongles. I would charge the MBP directly to another individual USB-C, not through any hub.
Hope I made myself clear, english is not my main language ^^
