yes but not sure if the Tozo will work with E2E since it might cause lifting on the rounded parts of the screen? Heard good things about Orzly screen protector but not sure if anyone has any specific suggestions that work with Tozo

Dropped phone with Tozo and corner cracked. Wasn't even a hard fall

I got the Tozo today for my 7. I'm not crazy about it. It is very slippery and of course very thin. I was hoping it would be more like the Orzly Flexislim but it's not. The Orzly is slightly thicker and more flexible. The Tozo definitely won't have a problem with E2E screen protectors as the lip does not come up enough. The Orzly meets the edge of e2e screen protectors whereas the Tozo is well below. The volume button cutouts are not aligned very well.

I'm going to stick with the Orzly even though I don't like the color as much as the Tozo.
Does anyone know if the Elago is the same as the Tozo?

Did you get a different case? or just kept these? I love how thin they are so not sure what to do

I've gone through a bunch of different thin cases trying to find the right one and noticed that these types will crack if dropped and gave up buying them.

I hate that they stretch also.

From my experience if you go thin you need one that is rigid to keep its shape after time.
I hear that Evutec S karbon series will no longer be the same design as the old for the iPhone 7 and Plus model.

I just got the Pitaka one like 20 minutes ago for my ip7+ and might post a review shortly.

Did you try the Orzly? I can't imagine it cracking. It's very flexible.

Basically looks just like the Elago.

My cut outs are perfect though but it doesn't have a lot of texture for grip.

These types of cases protect from the scratches of every day wear and tear. Basically a naked phone approach.

I have been using Tozo with my iPhone 7 for few days now. It has enough grip to feel comfortable using it with one hand. I'm happy.

The people at Peel can go BLEEP themselves charging $25 for a thin piece of plastic manufactured in China for 10 cents.

I know it's not my money but I don't understand how anyone can justify that purchase. Ridiculous.

Peel cases are definitely a step up from tozo and caudabe. Their cut outs are MUCH more precise and they have a MUCH better color selection.

Caudube and Tozo BOTH have injection molding seams which are ugly as sin.

Thankfully tozo is only 9 bucks. Caudube is competing in Peel range - and head to head I would never pick Caudube over Peel at that price range.

Maybe you had a bad one from Tozo but the cutouts on the one I have are very precise.

I've been looking at some of these thin cases for a matte black 7 plus and wanted to know if you could help me find the right one, since you seem familiar with them.
- see through black (must), preferably matte-frosted finish case that shows at least the contrast between the apple logo and black background.
- thick enough to provide waist high drop protection when combined with an edge to edge gorilla glass screen protector, but not too thick because I'm worried as is about how big (and apparently slippery) the 7 plus is!
- I like the look of the Peel and the other ultra thin cases: like the phone has been been dipped in something. Just 1 layer, not a separate bumper and back and lots of details that detract from the phone.

Here are some of the brands I came across: Spigen Air Skin black, Swees, Totallee the scarf black, Baseus Frosted super slim, Presidio clear in onyx black and the ones you mentioned here.

Thanks in advance and I hope my search helps you find a good case as well :)

Same here got very precise cut outs. I imagine these companies don't have the greatest QC so I'm sure quite a few slip through with not so great cut outs

Just received mine from Amazon and very impressed. I have the matte black iPhone 7 Plus and this black case matches the color very well, the cutouts are perfect and the case gives it a little better grip than the naked phone, but it feels like you have no case on at all.

When did you order yours out of curiosity?

I ordered mine September 30, it shipped October 4 and I still don't have it. (Unless it's sitting in my PO Box right now)

Is the black one an actual black color as opposed to a smoked see through color? If you can put up pictures of the black that would be cool. I know this might be tough since most people use their iPhone as their only camera these days

It's colored but transparent, you can barley see the Apple logo.

I was thinking about this brand for my Matte Black, but I instead got Spigen Air Skin. It turns out you can hardly see the logo after putting the case on. I hate the fact that many people accuse me of owning an Android phone so I think I am going to return the case and get a silicon Apple case instead.

Lol that sounds funny like owning an android is a crime. Well I guess it is if you are accused of taking a note 7 on a plane :D

You are the perfect person in the eyes of apple. I bet you would also be the kind of person that would buy those cases that have the opening in the back to show the apple logo.

I had originally bought a Tozo case for my iPhone while I was waiting for my $4 cases from ebay to arrive and really liked the Tozo cases. I ended up switching over to the "Cafel" cases I got off ebay, as they were a slightly thicker and more grippy material.

Tozo on the left, "Cafel" (eBay) on the right.

These look like what I want (slightly thicker and slightly grippier). Thanks! Just ordered one of these for my 7. I like that they offer a solid black. Very long ship times though

fyi, its not a completely solid black, more of a really dark frosted grey (the sample picture is the "black" case). Its definitely unfortunate that shipping times are really long, but at least the price and quality makes up for the long wait times.
