Noooooo! :(

I like the size of the bigger screens, but they don't fit very well in my hand. I broke my first Android phone within 6 months because it kept falling out of my hand.

Although I am trying to learn how to type with two hands at the moment.

Not all phablets. Apple just took the 4" screen and stretched it. With the exception of reachability, they haven't taken advantage of the larger display at all.

Yeah they have.

4.7" doesn't even feel big any more, 4" feels tiny, and 3.5" feels like a child's phone.

Children do have phones. There is no reason Apple shouldnt accomodate them. Limiting my 9 year old daughter to Android due to Apples ridicolous sizes is just mean.

This.

Now whenever I pick up a 4 or 5 I'm like, "How did I ever deal with this tiny thing?"

Someone always says this when this topic comes up. Please stop, it makes no sense. Use an iPad Air and then your 6+ will feel small. It's all relative and the reason it feels small is because it is smaller relative to the bigger device.

Not sure why anyway would be against a 3-size product line that gives everyone what they want.

Also, in case Apple R&D is watching, I'd prefer the 4 inch phone.

Well, from what I remember no actual parts leaked from the iPhone 6 Plus either. This in sharp contrast to the many iPhone 6 parts that made it out. As such a lot of people doubted the existence of a bigger iPhone model.

Who knows the same is happening once again.

There were leaks showing exactly what the 6/6+ were before they were released. Once something hits production it always leaks now.

Disappointing "news". I will never buy anything bigger than 4". The iPhone 5c may be my the last phone I ever buy.

In order to make the top and bottom bezels smaller and thus shrink the physical size of the phone something needs to be done with the home button. Since Touch ID and now Apple pay are integrated into the home button Apple needs to be very careful about how they redesign it. Screw that up and you will have A LOT of angry customers.

we all like entry-level products... which is why i'm keeping 5s. Once u u go the 6 Plus you may as well carry a slab around with you... It's about the same size.

Glad to see these being done away with. I hate the fragmentation I can't wait til they totally stop supporting the 3.5 inch screens. Hopefully next year.

I love how the only argument against the 4" phone is "well, *I* don't want it, so they shouldn't make it." Lots of self-centered folks here.

Terrible news. The advantages of a larger screen simply do not outweigh the advantages of a mobile device that can be used on the go.

It's time to move on... to a non-Apple phone.

I love the irony that Android phones are now where to go for a smaller phone that can be used with one hand.

98% of smaller Android phones these days are "mini" versions of flagships... with lesser specs... that or they are low end Android phones period.

There is definitely a pocket of users that are not a fan of the 4.7" and higher sizes for the iPhones. I'm definitely not one of them, but to say that no one would prefer that Apple continue to sell a model that has recent, if not current innards is false.

I never said people don't want it. There SOME people who want it... but not enough people for Apple to devote R&D, design & manufacturing costs to it. They did that with the 5C, and that didn't do as well as Apple would have liked.

Also... people said the same thing when the 4" iPhone 5 released. A small portion of people wanted newer versions of 3.5" iPhones. It never happened.

So... that being said... yes... the 4" iPhone is dead. People should accept it and move on.

Apple has made it very clear that they aren't going backwards and that they are moving forward. I may not like it but I respect it...

Iphone 6 here, I miss my 4" iphone 5 :/

I miss mine too. I love the design and everything about the 4.7" iPhone 6.......but I want it with a 4" screen. Small/Medium/Large........this is what Apple needs to do.
