That's my only qualm. It's why I'd never buy a phone that was through contract or still being paid. Too much risk.

Exactly. And it would have to be sold on Craigslist, or sketchybay, swappa won't let you sell a phone still under contract.

They could potentially. Not much different than selling contract phones or anything like that which has been around for years and years. More or less fairly similar potential risks of similar things as before.

Yeah. Which have horror stories of their own. It's just an unnecessary risk for the buyer I'm my opinion. To each their own.
