I am trying to switch my 3g motherboard or logic board w.e with the iphone 3gs. I did everything swaped digitalizer screen and the sound board thing at the bottom which connects the itunes cable and speaker. Swapped those, I broke the screen from the 3gs so I need to buy a new one. But then when I put back together the 3gs it turns on bc I turn the silent off and on and the phone vibrates but I get nothing on the screen just black.. I connected the cables is there something I'm doing wrong. Also I switched the cameras also.
Don't ask why I'm doing this.

sorry my question is why on the 3gs the screen doesnt show up but on the iphone 3g the screen does. but its broken..

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8H7 Safari/6533.18.5)

It would have been way way way way easier to just replace the broken screen on the 3GS.

What you are doing will NOT work and you have probably screwed up both phones.

What hes trying to do is pretty fn shady..

but no you wont get the 3g lcd to work on the 3gs mainboard
