Question: both Word Flow and SwiftKey are made by Microsoft. Any reason they don't combine the two? Which do you prefer?

I liked the third party keyboard, but always had issues with them randomly now showing up or crashing. Especially in spotlight. Plus no voice dictation access. Are these still issues?
I've never had an issue with SwiftKey. It saves me huge amounts of time.

And this update looks minor, but it's a big change for the positive in making swiping even easier.

I'm still waiting on the 'incognito mode' that the android version got a year ago. SwiftKey sometimes learns too much.

You can delete predicted words, such that they never come up again.

The microsoft of today isn't the same microsoft that saved apple.

They've become a more aggressive google that happens to sell overpriced devices now.

And it doesn't help that their management is crapp at the moment.
At least Microsoft have an excuse for their high prices. They aren't going to compete with their own partners. Apple have no excuse for selling old hardware at premium prices.

It still has some minor issues with covering the bottom area and not being able to scroll. Try out the second page of their survey or write a long enough app store review, you'd see the problem there.

idk if it's me but mine has to sometimes "refresh" or catchup to the app. if i want to type something on facebook and if i'm too quick when the keyboard pops up, it minimizes and then where ever i clicked on the keyboard - it clicks whatever is behind that (which could be a link or something). it's slow on that part which is annoying but again, could be my almost 3yr old and slow iPhone 6 with a crappy battery. it will randomly switch to default/stock keyboard also for whatever reason. it's still my favorite keyboard even over gboard. been using it since they offered it.
