I still haven't heard back from Chris or sales@switcheasy.com. Do you think it'll be wiser to just order from ebay? I only pay $0.95 more to get it shipped to India, my concern is if I happen to get a saggy bottom case will Switcheasy replace it. The ebay seller clearly states that international customers should contact the manufacturer for any refunds/replacements.

I've been reading on other forums about orders being refunded and later accepted. I just don't want to end up with a saggy case so was preferring to order with switcheasy direct.
 
Update

Well Chris finally emailed me saying he didn't know why my order was cancelled in the first place coz we had discussed it before I placed the order. So he now asked me to paypal another switcheasy account and he'll ship it to me from Hongkong.

Well I'm glad I got that sorted now the wait begins.

So I guess that means I'd have to wait until the 15th for switch to occur, and then there's the couple more days' wait until the package arrives.

Good to know though, rather than repeatedly running out to check the mailbox for something that isn't there. And I've been doing that for a week.

UPDATE - Glad to see that they are taking action on this as I just got an update after not hearing anything for over two weeks.

We let you know you might not be able to track your package, I will give you
a confirmation of mailing but current USPS shipping software is US only,
does not provide updated tracking outside the Country to CANADA

Shipping time is varies, if Custom comes in it can be up to two weeks. But some
people get it less then 4-5 days. I don't get it either. This is why
we will stop shipping to CANADA till we switched to a better carrier.

i recieved mine in 3 days.. fast shipping... great texture and vibrant color that i expected ( i ordered mican(yellow) ) very satisfied for $17 ^^
 
I thought that i'd give you all an update. My Rebel arrived today, 11 days after the shipping notification. The case is actually very good, and from what I can see would protect the phone from a fairly significant fall. No drooping issues on the bottom. I'm satisfied with the case, but the shipping issues to north of the border have left a bad taste. Too bad. Perhaps sourcing it from somewhere else would be the route to take.

Well I received my Black Capsule Neo last night, put it on, and it's awesome. And funny enough, Hong Kong, to Alaska, to Memphis to Canada in 2 days. Amazing, but it did take them over two weeks for them to ship anything. :p Hopefully they have it all sorted out with orders to Canada through FedEx. And I still have a Rebel coming in the mail from the US. I'll take it!

Received my CapsuleNeo in the mail today. It is slick and I love it (pictures here). Isn't as bulky as my old Revo2 case from iSkin and fits in my pocket nicely. Installation was smooth too.

The shipping issue with Canadian consumers should be fixed now, and they have that new site (www.stuffedbox.com) to order from. I ordered a CapsuleRebelthrough there last night. Let's see how long that takes to get to me via Canada Post.
 
I finally received my Rebel case and woohoo I found an extra rebel in Red!!

Well it was well worth the wait coz I got two of them. I don't know what to do now with the red one, I ordered the arctic and it shows off my uniqueskins very well.

They shipped thru FedEx International Priority Mail and less than 48 Hours I had it. I think it must have costed them a whole lot more than $3 to ship it and they even added an extra case. I've never had such good customer service before.

My case looks sweet. A little bit of watermarking coz of my uniqueskin design on it but hardly noticable, also the silicon part of the rebel is a tad bit milky but still shows my design just not completely transparent.

So far its great!
 
Well I made a order for a black Neo on September.06.08 and I still have nothing:( I emailed Zoltan and he said he would ship it on the 20th so I'll guess I'll wait until next week for it to arrive.
 
You can get your SwitchEasy cases from www.invopal.com, they are SwitchEasy authorized distributor for Canada. They are having free shipping promotion for all orders within Canada.

funny thing is I already got a refund that week I guess my case is coming now...

Now I'm going to get two since I order a Neo from somewhere else.

Anyone have any idea how long it will take to ship from San Francisco to canada?
 
If you are looking for a reliable source for Switcheasy cases, I found a place on eBay that I purchased mine. They offer free shipping and I got my case within a few days. They include a free black pouch case with the purchase of a Switcheasy case. The cool thing is that the pouch case fits the iPhone with the Switcheasy case on on your iPhone. A week is nothing my friend...I waited for 5 weeks.

Zoltan told me that it was shipped on the 23rd of June.

5 weeks later, Celine told me it was NEVER shipped at all.

So I was waiting for something that was never even sent out. :mad:
