Got my black coverbuddy today. Ordered last week. It came with covers for the headphone jack which I don't recall coming with the iPad2 version last year. Anyway, same quality as last time, ultra good fit. Does have a chemical (lighter fluid to be exact) smell but after about 30 minutes its starting to dissipate. Still my favorite back cover as it provides full coverage (have been using the Marware version which is also quite good).

Just received my green CoverBuddy today, and so far I love it! This is my first iPad, so it's also my first back cover. The color matches my smart cover really well, and the fit is perfect. It does leave a bit of a gap on the back between the smart cover hinge and the rest of the back cover, but I just put a little strip of scotch tape there for peace of mind. It helps me feel safer knowing that the exposed portion is "covered" up by something, haha.
