i thought that could happen with polymer with no plastic to keep it in place (like there is on the rebel/neo) but i didn't think it will be that soon.

Silicone like the Rebel's

This case feels nothing like silicone, it's more a soft plastic with a harder plastic backbone clip.

agreed i liked very much the SwitchEasy Torrent a well made case good materials, the inner frame fits very well the iphone shape while the i-clip adds some solid feeling to this case

4th Generation?

I got this case for my iPod touch in blue about a month and a half ago. It's great! Only one problem, I LOST MY IPOD!!!!!! so, for my birthday at the end of March, my parents are going to get me an ipod touch 4th Generation if I still can't find my old one. But, I want my iPod to have the best of protection. So, when's it coming out for the 4G?!

(I know they're planning one for the 4G)

How long have you had the case? Because I had mine for about two weeks and it was showing no signs whatsoever of a scratch, well, a big one anyway. Besides, you can't complain about scratches! Everything scratches eventually even with the best of care!
