I use my iPhone 6 fairly heavily through the day and still end the day with around 20%. Reading many of these threads you would think the 6 had a poor battery when nothing could be further from the truth in reality.

With these phones all it really boils down to is what size the user wants. If you want a phablet you get the 6 Plus. If you want a device that is more convenient as a smartphone then the 6 is your bag. The minor spec differences either support the desire for the bigger phone or become the elephant in the room if the user thinks it is far too big. Simple as that and I'm glad the OP has switched to a phone they are happy with. :)

Many complain about the size, but to be honest, most of them had the iPhone 6 Plus for about 1-2 minute in their hands ;)

You have to use the iPhone 6 Plus for about 2-3 days and then finally you'll absolutely love it

I switched from the 6 to the plus last Friday. 4 days later I'm sold. Love it. Size is awesome. 6 now looks like a toy to me

Only thing I'm not seeing such great battery life that you all talk about. With my 6 I would go 24 hours still have about 20 left.

6 plus I'm on 24 hrs with 36 left. That's nothing to brag about.
Anyone think I have a bad one ?

I'm afraid to pick it up otherwise it ticks down. I will def never get 2 days

I also think that the 6 after you are using the 6 Plus for some time feels a bit too light

Thanks for your quick reply, I posted that because I saw some people who have about 20 hrs of usage :D and I'm like what the heck, how r they getting it

20 hrs of usage is only possible if you are using the 6 Plus with Wi-Fi
With 3G or LTE 20 hrs is impossible.

I've tested a Plus more than just picking it up in a shop and it's far too big for me. It's a nice phone to use in hand as a bigger screen is always nicer for viewing media but the difficulty in its portability puts it off my radar. I find my 6 a bit annoying at times when crouching down at work because it gets wedged in my pocket against my hip and the Plus is significantly bigger again. If a phone can't be carried comfortably in my pocket, then it is not fit for purpose. I can't love a device like that, sorry. :)

Before the 6 Plus i used the 6 already with 2 hands like all of my iPhones before.

Not sure, but i think "newer" jeans does already have bigger pockets. All of my jeans can fit the 6 Plus very well.

All my jeans are slim fit or skinny so the pockets can be deeper but the problem still persists for my size frame. None of my jeans are particularly old either. :)
