Switching from AT&T to Verizon. How to preorder the new iPhone.

I just got off the phone with 1-800-MY-APPLE and they said the best way to simultaneously port multiple lines to a new carrier is to pre-order through new carrier itself (rather than Apple's store).

Which means you'll have to take your phone(s) into an Apple Store within 30 days to purchase the Apple Care Plus.
