in Australia maybe iphone to 3 coming after iphone's popularity is dead lol

We were referred by a relative but never received an email with a link, nor have we gotten a referral code. We have a copy of the email from AT&T to our relative stating they got credit for giving a referral. We seem to be missing the referral code to activate our credit. Supposedly there is a way to get our code back on AT&T's site by using the referral name. I can't find this address though.
