are you sure about this? I don't see anything pertaining to this on the referral website. in fact, the terms state that any line on a plan $9.99 or higher is eligible to make referrals. i am quite certain that this line implies additional family lines are eligible since they cost $9.99.

Yeah cause my friend tried to send a referral email to one of his friends, which is part of a family plan but he wasn't the primary holder and unfortunately it didn't work. I wish it worked that way, so it would be easy to receive $125 annually :p

According to their website:
Referee (the person who receives a referral e-mail message): To be eligible to earn a referral reward you must activate new AT&T wireless service on a rate plan of $39.99 or greater and have registered in the Refer-A-Friend program within a maximum of 30 days of your service activation date.

You can try if you want, you can send up to multiple referral emails but only 5 will be approved per 12-month cycle

What Is The Timeline For The Referral Offer? Looking On At&t Website It States That The Referee(me) Would Have A Maximum Of 30 Days To Register. If That Is The Case, I Am Looking For Anyone Who Has Referrals Remaining.
